Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking, and I’m happy to accommodate changes in schedule with adequate notice so that I may rebook your appointment time. 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment then 48 hours notice by email to erin@erindaltonnaturopathy.com.au is kindly requested. This allows for other clients to be offered earlier appointments to shorten their waiting time.

Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation will be charged at 100% of your appointment fee. Non-arrival on the day of your appointment will be charged 100% of the value of the missed appointment. I am always happy to change appointments to telehealth with short notice if you cannot make your in-person time.

Cancellation fees will be charged at my discretion dependent on circumstances and previous cancellations. I thank you for your understanding in this matter and for respecting my time as a busy small business owner.
