Cancellation Policy

 

I understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking, and I’m happy to accommodate changes in schedule providing adequate notice is given. 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is kindly requested. This allows for other clients to be offered earlier appointments and shorten their waiting time.

Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will be charged at 50% of your appointment fee.

No-shows or cancellation on the day of your appointment will be charged 100% of the value of the missed appointment.

I am happy to change appointments to telehealth with short notice. Cancellation fees will be charged at my discretion dependent on circumstances and previous cancellations.
